• Sea Patch is a non-smoking property.
• Because the house is best suited for adults please note that children must be at least 12 years of age to stay at Sea Patch .
Sea Patch has a maximum occupancy
of 4 guests. Prices are subject to change without
notice. A 50% deposit is required
upon booking. Final payment is
required no less than 60 days
prior to arrival date.
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
or a personal check. There is
a 5% surcharge for using
MasterCard or Visa.
After full payment has been received
there will be no refund for cancellation unless another rental can be secured
to replace the cancelled dates.
